We have hours available for sick visits in the morning and afternoon, and on most Saturdays.

We generally try to see newborns and young babies in the mornings to shelter them from children with contagious illnesses and to reserve after-school hours for school-age children. During adolescent hours, we try to keep the waiting room free of babies and children, although we are happy to see our adolescent patients at their convenience if they don't mind mingling with the younger set.
 

Prenatal and Pre-adoption Consultation:

Call our office phone -- 718-623-9464 in Park Slope or 347-763-0084 in Cobble Hill -- and follow the prompt to contact the provider on call for urgent medical matters. For all non-urgent medical matters, please call during regular business hours.

You can also call or text 646-397-7445 if you need to reach the doctor urgently after hours.

Remember, if you have an emergency, such as a severe injury, loss of consciousness, or difficulty breathing, you should first call 911, and then call the after hours number. The EMTs can stabilize your child and administer emergency care on the way to the hospital, and we will coordinate with the hospital staff once you arrive.
