We are very sorry to say goodbye to Dr.Yoffe.  She is expecting a baby this summer and she and her husband are moving to be closer to family. She has done an outstanding job in our practice and we wish her the best of luck.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised we require 24 hours notice for all cancelled well exams.  There will be a fee of $25 applied to your account if we are not notified in advance.  This fee also applies to any "no show" sick visit appointment that was not cancelled prior to time of visit.
